Cristian is the founder of Black Diamond Forensic Advisory, and provides litigation consulting and forensic accounting services, including expert testimony. Cristian is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. He brings approximately 10 years of experience at top forensic accounting and public accounting firms.

Cristian specializes in commercial litigation and fraud/forensic accounting examinations. He has extensive experience with cases across diverse industries involving tracing investor capital through complex capital structures, calculating lost profits and other damages related to commercial litigation, assessment of solvency, fraudulent transfers, embezzlement, among others.

Prior to founding Black Diamond Forensic Advisory, Cristian was a manager and testifying expert at Lone Peak Valuation Group in Salt Lake City. Prior to Lone Peak, Cristian worked in the San Francisco office of Ernst & Young, including in the forensic advisory group, and assisting in audits of venture capital and private equity firms.

Cristian has testified at trial on the subject of damages in State Court.
